PizzaBite does not collect payments and does not sell food. All orders are fulfilled and charged by third-party restaurants.

If There’s a Problem with Your Order

  1. Call the Restaurant First. Quality issues, missing items, late delivery, or refunds are handled by the fulfilling store under its policy.

  2. We’ll Help Coordinate. If you need assistance, contact PizzaBite with your order details (time, phone number used, items, ZIP). We’ll help communicate with the store to seek a resolution.

  3. Refunds/Returns. Any credits, refunds, or exchanges are provided by the store, at the store’s discretion. Processing times vary by store and card issuer.

Charges

  • Menu prices, taxes, delivery fees, and tips are set by the restaurant.

  • PizzaBite does not add extra concierge fees.
