These Terms govern your use of PizzaBite. By calling us or using our site, you agree to them.
What We Do
PizzaBite is an independent phone-order concierge. At your request, we place your order with a participating third-party restaurant and coordinate delivery. We do not add extra service charges; totals reflect standard menu prices from the restaurant. Taxes, delivery, tips, and any store fees are set by the restaurant.
Brands & Affiliation. Papa Johns and Pizza Hut are trademarks of their respective owners. PizzaBite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use our service.
Ordering & Pricing
We repeat back menu pricing quoted by the store at the time of your call. Prices can vary by location and change without notice.
The store may have delivery minimums, fees, or surcharges that are outside our control.
Availability (menu items, delivery areas, delivery times) is determined by the store.
Payment
You pay the store directly according to its policy. PizzaBite does not accept payment via our website. If card details are provided directly to the store by phone, they are processed by the store—not by PizzaBite.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., prank or fraudulent orders; harassment; unlawful content). We may refuse or terminate service for abuse or risk.
Disclaimers
Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of menu information, or delivery timing (these are controlled by the store).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PizzaBite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from restaurant preparation, delivery, food safety, or pricing policies. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PizzaBite harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Changes; Termination
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use means you accept changes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Amarica, without regard to conflicts principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in USA unless your state law requires otherwise.
